Happy Thanksgiving!

Today is Thanksgiving in USA and I would like to write some words.

This week has been all about Thanksgiving in school and unfortunately I don't have enough time to talk about the history that I learned about this holiday, but someday I will.

I would first of all like to say to my boyfriend, family and friends that I am thankful for having them. You all have been such good support for me during this last year of college, but also from the start when I decided to go away for three months.
I am so thankful for being born in such rich country like Sweden is and because of that be able to finance my journey here which has taught me more about other countries and cultures in this world than my school years in Sweden ever did.
I am thankful for my new amazing friends here that has become my second family in this world. I hope to see everyone someday again and even more fun would be if we all could see each other at the same time ❤️ My family here were one of the reasons I wanted and decided to stay here longer.
I am so thankful for my amazing hostmother for letting me stay in her home for three months and making it so comfortable giving me good food, warm home and a warm nice bed. But maybe mostly because she's letting me stay in her home two extra weeks so that I can celebrate Christmas here and be with my friends longer. That I will never forget!🙏🏼

I encourage you all in Sweden to think about what you are thankful for. It's so important for us in this world to stop and reflect. It will make us happier too when we realize how MUCH we have to me thankful for!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!❤️
